Newport News Police have arrested a man they say exposed himself to three different people.
It happened yesterday morning.
Police were told 27-year-old Tony Watson was exposing himself at Lincoln Park off Jefferson Avenue.
Police found him a few blocks away at his house.
He's been charged with indecent exposure.
