Michael A. Orton, 26, of the 1200 block of Baker Road, has been charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a minor under the age of 13 and two counts of custodial indecent liberties.
On Thursday, police were notified about a sexual assault of two children. The children told an adult that they had been sexually assaulted.
They say the assaults took place between January 2010 and April 2012.
Orton is now being held in the Virginia Beach Correctional Center without bond.
Police are still investigating this case.
