The Newport News police department has located 83-year-old Raymond White, who suffers from dementia and uses a cane.
White was last seen Saturday night around 10:00pm in his residence in the 600 block of Aqua Vista Dr. He was reported missing around 1:00am Sunday.
Police later found White unharmed in a small wooded area near Aqua Vista Dr. He was returned to his family.
