According to Timothy Whitt of the Franklin Police Department, all of the puppies that were seized in an animal cruelty case in Franklin have died from parvo.

The American bulldog puppies were seized from a man that kept them in an 85-degree shed without food or water police say.

Tyrece D. Scott, 25, from 579 Laurel St, has been charged for allegedly keeping the puppies in that condition.

He faces six misdemeanor counts of cruelty to animals.

Animal control checked the shed and found 6 American bulldog puppies walking around in their own feces without water or food.
