A man hit while riding a bicycle in Chesapeake has died.
Twenty-year-old Tyler Hirst was on the exit ramp from Bainbridge Boulevard heading onto Military Highway when police say he veered into a car going in the same direction on Monday.
Hirst was taken to the hospital but died on Tuesday.
Police say at this time, there are no charges expected.
