Virginia Beach police are investigating an overnight stabbing that that left one person dead.
According to police spokesperson Grazia Moyers, police received a call at 3:16am of a stabbing in the 5100 block of Venture Court in the Waypoint Apartment complex.
Police located three victims. One victim died of his injuries. He has been identified as 20-year-old Joseph Brinko of the 600 block of W 36th Street in Norfolk.
The second victim is still in the hospital, and the third victim was treated and released.
Police are questioning a person of interest.
