Virginia Beach City Council will vote on a hot button issue today - the city budget.
A big part of that budget is funding for schools. People have been demanding the city give more money to schools.
Right now, schools are facing $17 million in cuts.
The vote is scheduled for Tuesday night at 6 p.m. in council chambers.
