A Virginia Beach mom is charged with murder two years after her baby girl died because of Facebook.
Detectives testified that a Facebook conversation led them to re-open the investigation into the 2009 case.
A Beach detective testified that Julie Calahan admitted to injuring her 11-month-old baby in a Facebook conversation with a friend according to the commonwealth attorney's office.
Calahan moved to Arkansas after her baby died then in February, she was extradited back to Virginia Beach to face a murder charge.

He pleaded guilty to child neglect and served time in prison after police said he waited more than an hour to call for help.
According to the detective's testimony, Calahan recently told police that her brother-in-law was asleep when she lost her temper and shook Lakeira who had been crying.
On Thursday, a judge certified the Calahan case to the grand jury.
She is scheduled to go on trial in August.
