In Newport News, police say a killer is behind bars.
Dimitri Pringle, 19, is charged with murdering Frederick Pretrickson at Colony Square Apartments last Thursday.
Police say Pringle turned himself in over the weekend and they charged him with murder and several weapons charges yesterday.
There is still no word on what led to the deadly shooting.
