New details about a noose found at a Virginia high school.
A high school student may be charged for hanging it. a spokesman for Henrico public schools says the student has been identified.
That student will face disciplinary action, and could be expelled from school.
The Henrico Police are also conducting a criminal investigation.
The noose was found on a tree outside the high school Wednesday night.
