Someone shot a man after a fight in Southampton County.
Sheriff's deputies say around 9 p.m. Monday night the person shot 23-year-old Marcus Murphy at the Red Barn Convenience Store in Boykins.
They say it was in retaliation to an earlier fight.
Someone drove Murphy to the hospital after the shooting, police say.
He's in serious condition.
No arrests yet.
