A Virginia Beach-based sailor says he's guilty.

According to the Navy, Command Master Chief Donald Darcy pleaded guilty to assaulting two junior crew members during a court martial last week.

He was the highest ranking enlisted sailor on the Fort McHenry when he was accused of the improper conduct.

A judge sentenced Darcy to 60 days of confinement in the brig and reduction in rank to senior chief petty officer.
