A cross-country manhunt is over after a prisoner, mistakenly released from a Virginia jail, has been captured in Texas.
The U.S. Marshals say Carter Tillery was caught shortly after noon in Houston yesterday.
The 31-year-old had been missing for nearly two weeks after a deputy accidentally released him from the Piedmont Regional Jail in Farmville.
At the time, he was serving a thirty-year sentence for armed robbery.
