RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Tuesday, Virginia voters will decide which of the four Republican candidates will battle Democratic nominee Tim Kaine in one of the most watched races in the Commonwealth, the race for Virginia’s seat in the U.S. Senate being vacated by Jim Webb.
Voters will also cast their ballot in Democratic and Republican Congressional Primaries.
