Joint Base-Langley Fort Eustis has posted a warning on its Facebook page.
Scammers are sending checks with the official TRICARE logo to Military members.
The checks have directions from the American Mega Lottery payment about cashing in the checks.
The Military and TRICARE say scammers are just trying to get your personal and financial information.
All service members should destroy the checks.
Do not call the claims agent to activate it.
Do not deposit it into your account and do not complete the form and mail it back.
