Surveillance video captures the frightening moments of a car going through the front of a Virginia Beach sandwich shop.
Witnesses say there was a woman at the wheel, and two children in the back of the car. There are no reports of injuries.
The camera right by the front door was running as the white station wagon pulled in to the parking space and then right through the front door.
The force of the impact: startling! Witnesses say it caused the entire shopping center to shake like there was an earthquake.
This all happened a few minutes after 11 Sunday morning.
Witnesses say a woman was behind the wheel and had two children in the back seat.
For some reason, that investigators have not said, she drove right through the front door.
"My customer actually took the infant out of the car, to make sure that the baby was okay," said Damaris Perez, who was working nearby at the time.
Once the car was towed away, workers began sweeping up the glass. According to the manager, the store is going to be closed for the next several days while the damage is fixed.
