Police have arrested another man in connection with a bootlegging investigation.
Morris Harris has been charged with selling or renting unlawfully recorded devices.
Police say in March, they found boxes of DVDs and computers for making DVDs at his brother’s house.
Police say the brother, Norris, was also making bottles of illegal perfume.
