A death at the Oceanfront this past weekend has been officially ruled a drowning.
Fifty-six-year-old Steve Henry from Illinois was visiting family in Virginia Beach.
They were unsure if his death was from a medical condition or due to the strong rip currents.
Today, they confirmed his death as a drowning.
