An escaped inmate, Clancy Starling is now back in a Chesapeake Jail.
He will be in his cell 23 hours a day without outdoor time and escorted by two deputies at all times.
NewsChannel 3 brought you the breaking news Wednesday night when U.S. Marshal's caught Starling at a Greyhound Bus Station in Richmond.
