There was a partial collapse of the portion of the Jordan Bridge that was under construction.
Officials say during construction, a piece of pre-fabricated concrete was being put into place when it fell onto the railroad tracks below.
The railroad is now closed.
Four workers suffered minor injuries.
They say no damage occurred to the built portions of the bridge.
