Portion of Lynnhaven Mall closed due to failed electrical transformer

According to Dominion Virginia Power, a section of Lynnhaven mall was closed at 1:00pm Saturday due to a failed electrical transformer.

However, the following stores and restaurants will remain open:

·        Macy’s

·        Dilliards

·        JC Penneys

·        Barnes and Noble

·        Dick’s Sporting Goods

·        The AMC Movie Complex

·        UNOS Chicago Grill

·        Ruby Tuesday’s

·        Cheeseburger in Paradise

·        Carrabas

·        Cracker Barrel

Dominion Virginia Power crews continue to work on replacing the failed electrical transformer and expect to have service restored by early evening.

All of Lynnhaven Mall will be open for business Sunday at their normal business hours.
