Three teens have been charged with sexual battery in Chesapeake.
Police say they attacked a 21-year-old special needs student on a school bus.
It happened late last month. One 15-year-old is facing 22 charges including aggravated sexual battery and attempted abduction.
Another 15-year-old is charged with 17 different counts.
Police also charged a 16-year-old with several things connected to the attack.
Police are not giving details about exactly what happened on the bus but they say there is video of the attack.
