In Norfolk - a boat's anchor was swept away during Monday's storm.
The boat then crashed into a jetty.
The owner tried to get the boat off the rocks in Ocean View. He was having trouble, so his neighbor took action to help him out.
A few minutes later, and with the help of a tow boat - the boat was off the rocks and back in the water.
There is damage to the boat, but no word on how much.
