A Facebook post is gaining lots of national attention, according to recent reports.
Tens of thousands of Facebook users expressed their views after Oreo posted a photo on Facebook in support of gay rights, according to a report from WQAD.com.
The photo of an Oreo cookie with layers of rainbow-colored filling was posted Monday evening, June 26, 2012 on the Oreo Facebook page along with the status update, “Proudly support love!” The caption under the photo reads “June 25 | PRIDE.”
The company also tweeted the picture with the statement “Celebrate your pride for love!”
