Today, Congress is hearing about the troubles at Memphis-based Mo' Money Taxes.
Earlier this year, hundreds of customers here in Hampton Roads and across the country complained that Mo' Money failed to give them their tax refunds.
Several of them will be on hand to testify before the Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security Subcommittee.
The Mo' Money co-founder is confident his business will be cleared.
