A car hit a 10-year-old on a scooter in Chesapeake Thursday afternoon, police say.
A viewer emailed NewsChannel 3 photos of the accident Thursday afternoon after it happened on Ohio Street.
Police say the child may have a broken leg and some scrapes and bruises.
So far, no charges have been filed.
