Suspects wanted for stealing brass toilet handles in Chesapeake

Police are now looking for suspects wanted for stealing brass toilet handles across the Greenbrier and Western Branch sections of the city.

On June 22, 2012 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., police say suspects went into four businesses’ men’s restrooms and removed the brass toilet handle assembly unit.

The businesses are located in the 1300 block, 1400 block, and 1500 block of Greenbrier Parkway and the 1500 block of Crossways Boulevard, in the Greenbrier area of the city.

Police say later on that week, on June 26, 2012, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., suspects went to two more business locations and removed the brass toilet handle assembly unit from both the men’s and women’s restrooms. The businesses are located in the 4100 block of Portsmouth Boulevard, in the Western Branch area.

Police say it is unclear if all suspects and incidents are related to each other.
