An Edenton lighthouse is one-of-a-kind, and the town moved it back on the water in preparation for their big 300th birthday celebration this fall.
But there's no way to get up there.
Money earmarked for the project by the state to build a ramp for access was put back in the general fund.
Now the state is trying to figure out how they're going to pay to get the ramp built and the interior redone.
