According to Harry Kenyon of Norfolk Public Works, a water main break was reported around 11:30 a.m. Friday morning.
They say it's 20 inch break on Majestic Avenue and Corprew Avenue.
Crews are in the process of securing the water main, assessing the damage, and estimating repairs.
There is no estimated time when it will be cleared.
