The National Weather Service is reporting a tornado has touched down in the Chase Crossing section of Accomack County.
State Police Sgt. Michelle Anaya reports the twister touched down at 1:02 PM in Locutsville.
Accomack Sheriff's Department officials assessing the areas have only located minor damage. No injuries have been reported.
