Suffolk police are searching for two suspects involved in an armed robbery of the Quick Stop Citgo station at 1160 Portsmouth Boulevard.

Police say it happened at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2012. They say two black male suspects in their early to mid-20’s entered the business just prior to closing. They were both described as being between 5’8” and 5’10” and of medium build with short black hair and wearing dark blue or black hoodie jackets with blue jeans.

One man had a blue bandana over his lower face and the other had the hood up, covering his head.

Police say a handgun was displayed during the course of the robbery. An undisclosed amount of money was taken from the registers.
