Jose Susana has been charged with raping a 14-year-old girl.

Police arrested him Friday at his home on Leonard Road in Norfolk.

Court documents obtained by NewsChannel 3 tell a horrifying story. According to a search warrant, Susana had a teenage girl help him find his missing dog.

When the dog was found, they went back into his house and Susana "came in behind her and blocked the door. He began to ask her about sex and porn."

Court documents go on to say he exposed himself to the girl, began to touch her and then raped her.

The Commonwealth's Attorney's office will not comment on the specifics of the case.

The 57-year-old Susana has a preliminary court date in a month and a half.

For neighbors, this news was difficult to hear. They did not want to go on camera with NewsChannel 3, but all of them said they were surprised to hear the allegations against Susana.

One neighbor was home just after seven Friday night when Susana was arrested.

Forensic units waited a couple of hours for the search warrant to be certified.

Once inside, they looked for evidence of the sexual assault. The search warrant shows they took DNA swabs, hair, blood samples and tan shorts.
