According to ESPN.go.com and washingtonpost.com, quarterback Robert Griffin III has signed a contract with the Washington Redskins, the team announced Wednesday.
Griffin, the second overall selection in April’s NFL draft, agreed to the contract late Tuesday night and signed the contract Wednesday morning.
According to reports, he is expected to join other Redskins rookies at the team’s training facility, a person familiar with the deal said.
