According to a report from WDBJ7.com and TMZ, actress Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night (July 17) after taking a nasty fall while shooting a movie.
According to a source, she hit her head on the concrete, though the extent of the injury is unknown at this time. Witnesses do say she was throwing up following the fall, which can be a sign of a concussion.
