A tubing accident in Elizabeth City sent two teens to the hospital.
The teen who was driving the boat is facing two charges including reckless operation of a boat according to The Daily Advance.
It happened on the Little River near Nixonton, North Carolina.
The Daily Advance reports Tyler Keaton was driving a boat and towing an inner tube.
The tube ended up hitting a boat that was nearby.
One of the girls inside of the tube is still recovering at the hospital according to the paper.
The other has been released.
