The outside NB lane on Kempsville Road between Chief Trail and Princess Anne Road has been closed for emergency repair work at the Fox Run culvert on Kempsville Road.
The lane will be closed until tomorrow morning. Officials say they hope to have the lane open again by the start of rush hour Thursday morning.
