After NewsChannel 3 showed the problem of mosquitoes in a Portsmouth neighborhood yesterday, the city sprayed in trucks last night. The relief though, was only temporary. Now a City Councilman is stepping in. Todd Corillo has the story at 5.

NewsChannel 3 gave you a glimpse into a Portsmouth neighborhood's mosquito problem yesterday and the city took action, spraying the affected area.

The relief though, was only temporary. Now a City Councilman is stepping in.
