Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who robbed the 7-11 in the 7400 block of Tidewater Drive at approximately 7pm Friday evening.
The man is described as a black male, with bald or closely cropped hair, 6’0”, 175-200, muscular build, wearing a brown t-shirt and light blue shorts.
An employee attempted to close the register after observing the man, and the suspect then pushed the clerk backwards and stole cash.
The man did not appear to have a weapon and fled on foot in the direction of Easy Street.
