Newport News, Va. – A Newport News man was arrested last week on several charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
43-year-old Reginald Morst faces charges of Rape, 3 counts of indecent liberties with a child and child endangerment.
He was arrested as the result of a Special Victims Unit investigation. The incidents occurred between August 2011 – May 2012. After the victim’s mother reported the incident to police, it prompted an investigation by the Special Victims Unit.
The victim was 15 years old when the incidents began. Mr. Morst is an acquaintance of the victim.
The incident occurred in the Denbigh section of Newport News.
