This position is responsible for maintaining timely and efficient flow of product during the production process and for following standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, completing production related paperwork and meeting product specifications. This position may work in the plate freezers, may operate grinding, deboining, emulsifying equipment and may perform sanitation duties.
