The man charged with the murder of a Norfolk police officer will be in court today.
Raymond Lewis Perry will be in court this afternoon.
Police say he killed Officer Victor Decker back in 2010.
This is only an arraignment. The judge will talk to Perry about his plans for getting an attorney.
He will also hear what charges he faces. He will not testify today.
