There are new details about a former Norfolk Police officer who was indicted for selling steroids and marijuana at the beach.
A judge sentenced Kristin Harris to 100 hours of community service for two felony drug charges.
Harris was also sentenced to two years in prison, but all of that time is suspended except the time he served as long as he remains on good behavior for four years.
