There will be a celebration in Franklin today.
Folks there will be attending the commissioning ceremony for International Paper's new fluff pulp mill.
The old paper mill was refitted to make fluff pulp, which is the material found in things like diapers.
The majority of the 200 people who were hired, previously worked at International Paper.
