Later today, teams of two will enter a ring filled with mashed potatoes and wrestle another team.
This is just one of several potato-related events going on today and tomorrow in Minnesota during “Potato Days.”

Each year, 12 teams compete for two 3-minute rounds.
According to the event website, each person gets a free t-shirt.
And people on the sidelines are encouraged to bring a camera.
The Potato Days Festival has been going on since the 1930s.
