A judge sentenced a Virginia Beach man to 110 years in prison for raping a young child and producing child pornography.
34-year-old Diego Vanegas pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a minor for three years beginning in 2007.
Investigators say they found dozens of pictures and 12 videos of the sex acts he forced upon the child.
The judge declined to suspend any of the prison term describing the crimes as quote “heinous and inhuman.”
