A former Virginia Beach police officer won't spend any time in jail for stealing from his fellow officers.

Albert Mills pleaded guilty to four counts of grand larceny and two counts of petty larceny for stealing binoculars and a multi tool from officers at the second precinct.

In exchange for his suspended sentence, Mills must continue counseling, pay restitution to victims, and be on good behavior for five years.
