The Still Hope Foundation’s gala was delayed for several hours because so many people were stuck in traffic.
The event supports the foundation’s mission to empower and assist single mothers and their children.
Natalie Hawkins, mother of Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas, was presented the Dorian Award tonight for her strength and character as a single parent.
