Some of the top universities in the country – including Virginia and Ivy League schools – are offering free online classes.

A survey found a majority of students taking a free online class last summer were working professionals.
Only 3.5 percent were unemployed.
For now, you can’t get a degree from the start-up website, and you don’t get college credit. But professors believe it can only enhance your resume and help you get hired.
