Today, the city of Virginia Beach is recognizing Olympic Champion Gabby Douglas during the Neptune Festival at the Oceanfront.

Mayor Will Sessoms will give the Virginia Beach native a key to the city.
The mayor is also declaring today Gabby Douglas Day.
The ceremony is scheduled for 9 p.m. tonight on 31st Street at the Oceanfront.
