The commonwealth's attorney will not be charging a Portsmouth father whose baby died when he left him in an SUV.
Police say Jeremy Rivera thought he dropped his five-month-old son off at the daycare back in June.
When he went back there to pick him up, the father realized he left the baby in the hot minivan for nearly five hours while he was at work.
